BLACK DEATH

Last night was the first tasting of my black berry tequila. I have dubbed this drink BLACK DEATH for its beautiful dark color and its noise burning aroma. All I can say about the taste is it was very surprising and I will be making another batch. Other drinks currently being made, raspberry bounce and clementine bounce (unofficially named golden shower) please note we came up with that name after we drank the BLACK DEATH. We were so into tasting all the new drinks I didn't even crack the seal on the kahlua. I guess that means more russians next time.

Need a New Rug

Just slid my last rent check under the door.  Dude and the family are movin’ to a new place.  Not completely unspoiled like the Big Lebowski but it is a step up from the current pad.  Will be nice to have a bathroom without a big dent in the floor.  New place even has a garage so the nihilists wont be able to kill my new car.  Now all I need is a new rug to…well you know.

They're nihilists, nothing to be afraid of

Been dealing with some local trouble.  The nihilists of the neighborhood.  I wouldn't say nihilist by belief but more by action.  They may be putting on a good show and acting tough.  They may even be breaking in to Dude's house with a nice fucking marmot.  But really they're nihilists, nothing to be afraid of.

Dudebook

Been hearing a lot of talk about this new movie about facespace, or is it mybook...whatever.  Critics have compared it to Citizen Kane and the Godfather.  I cant say much for critics.  When The Big Lebowski first came out it had some shitty reviews and we all know it is the best movie ever.  As for social networks I wont lie, dude tried it out once.  To much drama for me.  Shit, I wouldn't even have this fucking blog if duders laptop didnt fit in the bowling bag.

Little Lebattski Urban Garden

Little dude and I pulled up what was left of Lebattski garden today.  Last harvest was 50ish green tomatoes about half a pound of sunflower seeds and 2 sun bleached flamingos.  Sorry stranger no sarsaparilla this year.  Think I am gonna try to make a green tomato parmesan.  Think eggplant parmesan but with green tomatoes.  I was gonna do this yesterday but i sure as shit don't fucking garden on shabbas!

URBAN (active) ACHIEVER

New gym opened up in my neighborhood and it has everything.  Pool, indoor track, tanning beds, even a movie theater! (wonder if they will play The Big Lebowski) Only thing missing is a couple lanes and a bar. I will have to talk to management about that.

The Medium Lebattski

Started working out again.  The doctor said I need to lose some weight and I don't think arguing with Walter counts as exercise.

Where's your car dude?

Got sick of walking to the lanes after the nihilists fucking killed my car so lady Lebattski and I got some new wheels.  They didn't have anything brown with rust coloration but I told the dealer if he threw in some Creedence tapes he had a deal.

Life and a little Lebattski

Great Noni is rolling with Donny now and without her we will have trouble in next years finals. Some rollers can never be replaced.  We will miss you Noni.  I did get some news from my brother and sister in law that has really changed old Duders mood and I take comfort knowing a little Lebattski is on the way.

If you get the chance, raise a russian or a couple oat sodas to the dudes we have lost and to the little achievers of the future.

No Caucasian

I am no fan of liquor and dairy together so white russians are out.  Sorry Dude.  But this drink is becoming my favorite.  CHERRY BOUNCE!  Some cherries, a little sugar, and the cheapest vodka you can find (ok not the cheapest but aim low) and you are in business!  Thanks Schweinhagen for the introduction to this delightful beverage.  Your name is on one of these jars...well half your name because it is so damn long.

Picked Up The Split

Went to pick up the last of little dudes school supplies the other day at this little place about 2249 miles from the In-N-Out Burger in North Hollywood.   Ya know, near Radford. Had on my "the dude abides" shirt.  The lady behind the counter stopped what she was doing to say she liked my shirt.  Then on the way out l passed a mother with her kid and the mom yelled at me, I JUST WATCHED THAT LAST NIGHT!  My neighborhood is awesome...Except for the long drive to get burgers.

haven't been able to take er easy lately. lots of ins and outs. strikes and gutters. hoping I can pull it together and roll my way into the semi's
